Good leaders are not common in most African countries which is due in part to the type of democratic practices employed by the country's leaders when getting elected, creating new policies, and delivering on promises made. A good leader therefore is one who is able to produce results over 50% of the time, be objective when making decisions, and be willingly to make his or her own decisions. As well, a good leader should encourage an open door policy, and be open to hearing the views of... ( lire plus...)
